Self Acceptance

“Happiness can exist only in acceptance”

-George Orwell

Self-acceptance entails accepting all aspects of existence. Bad and good. Others may embrace all facets of life and live them to the utmost extent when there is acceptance in one's life. It is a way to accept who you are as a whole while still acknowledging the areas that could use development. Acceptance is letting go of things you wish you could change but can't. The increased confidence that comes from acceptance will overcome the vulnerability to being impacted by criticism.

How should I practice Self-acceptance?

· Have a positive thought process

· Embrace all attribute that make you different

· Accept the things you can change and focus on what you can change.

· Enhance your strengths

· Set active goals

· Never put yourself down or accept this from others

· Know that you are enough

Your Past

First and foremost, understand that there is nothing you can do to change the past. Therefore, avoid making this your life's main priority. Recognize your current reality for what it is. I'm not requesting that you fully forget about your history. I'm asking you to accept them and grow from them. You'll have to completely let go of the past. If not, they could end up being a weight that keeps you confined to your mind. Any sense of creative advancement could be blocked by this mental prison. You won't be able to fully mature because the fear will restrain your cognitive process. Setting health limits can help avoid past errors and promote the formation of new behaviors.

Your Present

Your future is determined by the present. You won't be able to accept what you won't recognize. This restricts one's capacity for transformation. The only assurance we have is in the here and now. You can confront challenges without resistance when you accept the current moment and are free of judgment. Don't be too hard on yourself. Release anything that isn't promoting your highest good at this time. It's time to make changes if you want to move forward. Study the behaviors of the wealthy if you want to be wealthy. Do some research on assertiveness if you want to be more of one. There are several resources available, including books, audiobooks, YouTube, podcasts, and educational institutions. Nothing should stand in the way of achieving your goals.

Your Future

There is no assurance of the future, but unless you try, you will never know. Opportunity arises through preparation. When you accept your genuine reality, you have the freedom to make your own decisions. Be idealistic, but don't base it on things you can't change. Accept the results of your efforts. They claim you can learn a lot about a person by looking at their surroundings. Although you have the power to change your circumstances, you are not your circumstances.

Refusing to embrace who you are can have disastrous effects on both your life and those around you. In the absence of acceptance, actions change in a defensive way. Your own limitations prevent you from reaching your full potential. You put yourself in a complacent state and feel worthless. Hurt people hurt people. Therefore, the more of yourself you accept, the more you will be able to develop and advance. You'll be able to enter places you never thought possible. It will enable you to offer others, and the world at large, a constructive point of view.
