Self Awareness

“What is necessary to change a person is to change his awareness of himself.”

-Abraham Maslow

It's easy to obsess over the past and plan for the future, but the most important thing is to focus on the here and now. The current moment serves as the ultimate authority. A tree is living proof of something that actually exists. A tree cannot exist today as a tree and tomorrow as a bush. It can be destroyed and taken out, but its existence remains. Currently, this is happening concurrently with you and the existence of your life.

Self-awareness

The capacity to pay attention to yourself, your behavior, ideas, and feelings. These determining factors can reduce frustration and boost confidence. Self-awareness has extraordinary potential when mastered.

How can I become aware?

· Become curious about the type person you are.

· Ask others how they see you.

· Identify your strength and weaknesses.

· Create a plan that will allow you to easily tackle triggers with positive substitutions.

Feelings

The first step to developing emotional intelligence is self-awareness. Our internal knowledge and how we are perceived both have an impact on our emotions.

Without self-awareness, you may lose the ability to concentrate on processing your emotions, which may have an impact on your ability to move forward in life. With such knowledge, you can connect to a reality that extends beyond the visible realm. We can build better relationships thanks to freedom. This also provides a clearer route to steer clear of assumptions.

Thoughts

Being aware is being conscious of your ideas. As words become actions, thoughts become words. More good things will come into your life as a result of feeding yourself positivity. Gratitude exercises can help you if you struggle with negative ideas that run through your mind regularly. Every day, express gratitude for five things. Put your values and strengths at the forefront.

Actions

By controlling your ideas and emotions, you may harmonize your values and actions. While acknowledging any setbacks, it's feasible that you could get access to a higher belief system. It helps with personal development. You are not only aware of your shortcomings; you also comprehend them. This knowledge fosters confidence that can result in the development of fresh and advanced life skills.

"Self-awareness" is the capacity to comprehend from a variety of angles. You should be able to examine both your surroundings and yourself. This observance will assist you in making choices and taking action. Daily meditation, self-improvement, and ongoing curiosity in oneself can all help to raise this awareness.
